This was in Istanbul (Turkey) last week in front of the famous Blue Mosque. Some crazy guy pulled up on a motorcycle riding with a pit bull on his back. I didn't understand Turkish so I don't know what they were saying. The pit bull was wearing shades, dry humped him a little bit, and after a couple minutes they drove off into the night.
